Important Policies & Restrictions
🚫 Not for Hotel Guests – If you stay at the Marriott, your reservation will be canceled.
🚗 Vehicle Maintenance Requirement – Any vehicle parked for over one month must be maintained (cleaned, tire pressure checked, and battery life maintained). If these conditions are not met, the garage operator will notify you. You’ll have 72 hours to address the issue, or the vehicle may be towed at your expense.
🚫 No Long-Term Vehicle Storage – Vehicles cannot remain parked for more than 5 consecutive business days without exiting the facility. If extended parking is needed, contact the garage manager for approval. Unauthorized long-term parking may result in towing at the owner's expense.
